海翠料TPEE熱塑性聚酯彈性體：

熱塑性聚酯彈性體具有橡膠的彈性和工程塑料的強(qiáng)度，與橡膠相比，它具有更好的加工性能和更長(zhǎng)的使用壽命;軟段賦予它彈性，使它像橡膠;硬段賦予它加工性能，使它像塑料，與工程塑料相比，它具有高強(qiáng)度、高硬度同時(shí)可保持高彈性,高的耐老化性能,耐油、耐酸堿、耐高溫、耐輻射，動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能特優(yōu)等特性;使用溫度范圍為－50℃～140℃.大部分使用于要求較高的彈性體制品. 熱塑性聚酯彈性體TPEE是含有聚酯硬段和聚醚軟段的嵌段共聚物;其中聚醚軟段和未結(jié)晶的聚酯形成無(wú)定形相，聚酯硬段部分結(jié)晶形成結(jié)晶微區(qū)，起物理交聯(lián)點(diǎn)的作用。

杜邦海翠TPEE物理性能：

1.熱性能:
TPEE具有優(yōu)異的耐熱性能，硬度越高，耐熱性越好；TPEE在110~140℃連續(xù)加熱10h基本不失重，在160℃和180℃分別加熱10h，短期使用溫度更高，能適應(yīng)汽車生產(chǎn)線上的烘漆溫度（150~160℃），TPPE脆點(diǎn)低于-70℃并且硬度越低，耐寒性越好，大部分TPEE可在-40℃下長(zhǎng)期使用。它的工作溫度可在-70~200℃使用。

2.耐候性與耐老化性:

TPEE在很多不同條件下，如在水霧、臭氧、室外大氣老化等條件下，化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)良。

3.力學(xué)性能:
TPEE模量比相同硬度的其它熱塑性彈性體高。
4、耐化學(xué)介質(zhì)性:
TPEE具有*的耐油性，在室溫下能耐大多數(shù)極性液體化學(xué)介質(zhì)（如酸、堿、胺二醇類化合物），其耐化學(xué)品的能力隨其硬度的提高而提高。

Product application

TPEE is mainly used in areas requiring shock absorption, impact resistance, bending resistance, sealing and elasticity, oil resistance, chemical resistance and sufficient strength. For example: polymer modification, automobile parts, high and low temperature resistant wire sheath, hydraulic hose, shoe material, transmission belt, rotary molding tire, flexible coupling joint, silencing gear, elevator slideway, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, high and low temperature resistant materials in chemical equipment pipeline valves, etc. TPEE's high-performance products are TPEE 5526555640564069 of DuPont company of the United States, which are widely used in wires, cables and seals.

Aging resistance

TPEE has excellent chemical stability under many different conditions, such as water mist, ozone, outdoor atmospheric aging and so on. Like most elastomers, degradation occurs under the action of UV light. Therefore, for outdoor applications or products exposed to the sun, UV protection additives should be added to the formula, including carbon black, various pigments or other shielding materials; in addition, TPEE also has different degrees of hydrolysis.
