Iupilon/Novarex 的耐疲勞特性,呈現(xiàn)如圖 3.8.1-1,2,3,4 所示那樣的性能(測(cè)定法為定負(fù)荷 1000cycle/min 室溫)。圖 3.8.1-1 為拉伸壓縮疲勞隨試驗(yàn)片形狀的變化。很明顯形狀對(duì)性能有很大影響,特別是切削加工的試樣,切削的影響十分巨大。圖 3.8.1-2 為拉伸壓縮疲勞的結(jié)果,圖 3.8.1-3 為彎曲疲勞的結(jié)果,圖 3.8.1-4 為扭轉(zhuǎn)疲勞的結(jié)果。無論那個(gè)試驗(yàn),分子量增加的情況下,材料的耐疲勞性都得到了改善?;剞D(zhuǎn)彎曲疲勞(試驗(yàn)片為切削加工制作)時(shí)溫度的影響如圖 3.8.1-5 所示。溫度低的情況下,疲勞界限會(huì)有一個(gè)大幅的提高。
